1. Buy
All orders placed online at Sandri AB and confirmed by Sandri AB via email to the customer.
2. Prices
All prices shown on Sandri AB are inclusive of VAT. It has to be on an orders shipping cost
presented before the order is approved by the customer.
No other fees apply.
The price quoted for a product when an order is approved by the customer is not affected by any future price changes.
For example, a that if Sandri AB forced to raise the price of a product contained
in an order so the customer pays the lower price is still in force at the date the order is placed.
Sandri AB always use the cheapest shipping option for the customer!
Delivery is by post.
3. Payment
Sandri AB offers three different options for payment of products ordered: Advance, PayPal
Advances
Customer will receive confirmation from us and instructions on what account payment shall be paid into.
When we receive confirmation of payment is dispatching the ordered products. Our postal account is 405050-6.
- Credit Card
We offer payment by credit card via PayPal. The money is reserved immediately and charged 1-2 days after purchase. We do not keep any
on the customers credit card for security reasons. Transactions through PayPal are encrypted with SSL (HTTPS).

4. Delivery time
For each product on Sandri AB displayed an estimate of how many days the product will deliver.
Note that this is an estimate and that deviations can occur.
Should the delivery time to be significantly longer than the one shown on the product.
When contacting Sandri AB customer so that he can decide whether the order should remain or if something will change.
Products that we stock are normally shipped the day after your order approved by Sandri AB
Depending on the day of week order is ready for shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 4 days.
5 Delivery

6. Warranties

7. Service
Sandri ABs warranty service is handled by our suppliers or by such designated and approved by Sandri AB.
9. Complaints
For all types of complaints should Sandri AB contacted before any items sent back by the customer.
The first thing you should do is send a letter telling us what is wrong with the product.
Contact is made through info@sandri.se and the customer will then receive instructions for how the product will be sent.
Sandri AB do only accept returned products that are no costs for Sandri AB (if for example, sent by post).
